Channel balance for a home built in 1996

Good morning,
I am trying to replace this channel balance for my home that was built in 1996.
From metal end to metal end it is 28 inches long.
the window is 30.5 inches high by 48 inches wide

I'm afraid I can't make out the nylon fittings from your picture. Could you have the S390-28? This comes with the 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom. Carefully look these parts over to confirm. You may also want to weigh your sash to confirm the best option.
