channel balance accessories

Question

I have ordered S380-37 channel balances and have replaced them in my windows. Sadly, I did not realize the balance tops are also broken, so the balances will not hook onto the window when I slide it down. The part that I need is the plastic top that screws into the side of the window that the balance slides down and hooks into. I have attached photos. If you could provide me with the correct part number, I will get them ordered. Thank you.
