Thanks for posting. I'm sure we can replace this channel balance for you, but I can't say exactly which kind you need without also seeing the bottom nylon attachment. You will also need to confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments. If it's 33", then you likely have either a S380-33, S385-33, or S395-33. The only difference between all three of these balances is the depth and style of the bottom nylon attachment, so look over all three to see which is the best match. You will need a stamp option of 3250.
