channel balance assistance

Question

Hi, I don't know if I need to replace my channel balancers or just order the clips that go with them for the window, or maybe both? I have 2 windows that the balancers have come off of. 1 window it's the right side & the other is the left. Can you help? Also, the length of the metal on the balancers is 27 inches.

Hi Dawn. This looks like either a S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640. Let me know what you think.
