channel balance attachments

Question

Hello,
I want to order new Channel balances for my old non tilt double hung windows, I cannot figure how to reinstall the channels back into the track because of the tabs on the channel balance are too wide to get back in. ( (they were already out of the track ) Channel balance #2320

Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you remove the balance and show us a photo of the top fitting from the side and from above? For the bottom shoe, can you write out its depth?

Did the wings always stick out of the track? Could we see a photo of that? For re-installing, we recommend you follow and watch the steps in the video below. Let us know if that helps.
