Thanks for writing in. Are you talking about the plastic guides that sit in the top corners of the window sash, and keep the channel balance in place during use? These are called Top Sash Guides. You can view our selection here. As you can see, there's loads of different kinds, and many different ones can work with the Series 385. The only way to know which one you need is to show us a picture of one from your window, preferably removed and undamaged, with angles from the front and side. We should be able to narrow this down for you from there.
