Curious. This looks similar to our S770-40 Tilt Window Channel Balance. That particular balance is screwed on the top of the window track; however, your balance's bottom bracket that is tied to cord doesn't match ours. I am afraid we don't carry anything quite like that bracket. The only thing I can suggest is to consider the S770-40 and see if you can untie the bracket ours uses and tie yours to the cord instead. The stamp option for an old balance with 4030 would be our (40C for a sash weighing between 22 through 27 lbs. I can't guarantee this would work, but it is our best option for you. Let me know what you think.
