channel balance for milgard window

We'd be happy to help but we can't make a confident recommendation without seeing the original balances. Is there a similar window in the house with intact balances that you can remove and show us? Even if it is a different size, we will at least be able to determine the balance series that is likely to work in your window. Also, please confirm the exact height of the visible glass of your window with missing balances, not including the sash frame. Thank you!
