channel balance for tilt window

Hello, I am hoping to purchase a channel balance for a tilt window. I am attaching photos. I would be grateful for your guidance on which balance will be best, and also if I need to purchase a separate pivot shoe or terminal clip. Many thanks!

Hello there. We may be able to help, but this channel balance is missing many of its components, including whatever shoe, hook, or other attachment was at the bottom of the metal channel, and whatever hook or screw tab it uses to connect to the top of the window jamb.

Please find an undamaged version of the balance, either the other balance from this window or from an identical window in the house. If you could show us the top and bottom attachments, any stamp on the metal channel, and also tell us the length of the metal channel, we should be able to narrow down your options. Many thanks.
