I'm afraid we can't ID your balance from these photos alone so we'll need more information. Can you upload a photo of the shoe that goes with this balance? Can you tell me if the hook goes on the bottom or the top?

We'd also like you to confirm that the metal channel is ribbed. The photos on this page here will show you what I mean. Let us know!

Hook goes to the top and channel is ribbed.

Thanks for confirming that! I'm afraid I still can't identify this balance without seeing the shoe. It may still be installed in the window track. Would we be able to see that?

What do you mean by the shoe? Do you have a picture sample you are looking for?

The shoe is the attachment that goes with your balance and interacts with the pivot bar. Our 15-230 is an example. You'll have to remove the window sash in order to see the shoe.
