channel balance hook

Question

The Hook inside the channel balance for piece 5380-27, and piece 5380-33 easy to replace? If so is this a product that I can buy from you? Lastly if this is available to buy, I would like to know the number. Thank you in advance

I am afraid we do not offer the hook you are showing us. It is impossible to replace it since it is crimped to the chord. You would have to replace the entire balance with something similar to our Series 380
