channel balance inquiry

Question

I need a few window balances for a renovation.

Window balances are 29" long and stamped BSI 2840. Attached are photos showing the ends. Do you have replacement parts?

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance uses the 19-038 top fitting and 15-193 bottom fitting. This configuration isn't a part of our catalog, but we can still assist via a custom order. Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to order? We can get the ball rolling from there.
