channel balance needed

A quick learner from Myrtle Beach, SC says:
Hello, I have 5 condos with BETTERBUILT aluminum windows and I need to replace the Channel balance in all of them. I need to identify what part I should use. The windows are square9 30.5x30.5, and the metal part on the channel measures 29"and its 3/8"thick. It has a marking stamped on it 28C 7. Thank you in advance

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

You can view our 3/8" stock balances for non-tilt windows here but to determine if you could use one of these, we will need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window. The one in your photo has a deteriorated bottom attachment, which makes it impossible to identify.

As for your top sash guide, you can start with our 18-036 and see how the dimensions compare. Thank you!
