I need to buy the not-tile channel balance,

My old part is : Weight code: 30 3 JK CALDWELL, Length: 31"

I choiced the part of "31" Series 380 channel balance" from your catalog, but not very sure it is right?

And there is options to choice if I purchas on line, such as 3010,3020,3030,3040, how do I know which one is fit my parts?

Your balance does looks like our S380-31. Choose the stamp 3030. Let me know if you have any further questions.

I purchased S380-31, stamp3030,and and fixed my window, but, I notice, when push window up over 1/2, there is some noise?, What I should do? Any suggetion? Please let me know. Thanks.

William, we recommend you use a silicone-based spray on your window track.
