Channel Balance Inquiry: S395?

I have attached some pictures for the balances in our Atrium windows - non tilting. They look like a 395 but I wanted to confirm with you, please.
The shoe's depth is 1" and the height of the long angled side is 1" also.
The top's longest edge -on the inside aspect closest to the window frame - is 1 1/4"
The interior metal length is 29".
The marking on similar window balances is - 28 3 HX CMC7
The weight of the lower window the balance is supporting is 20 lbs.
