Starting with your balance, have a look at our S351-29 channel balance. You want to confirm the 'depth' of your bottom balance shoe measures 1". If this looks correct, then you can go with the 2820 option that holds a sash weight of 12-16 pounds. As for your top sash guide, have a look at our 18-069 and see if this is compatible with yours.
