channel balance replacement

My window balancer is 27 inches long the only markings on it are 26 4 GQ  CALDWELL. I will need two balancers.

Both our S380-27 and S385-27 channel balances look promising for a replacement. The difference between these two balances lie within the depth of the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the Series 380 measures 1" and for the Series 385 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below to determine which balance would make the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2640 option.
