channel balance replacement

A home owner from Long Beach calif. says:
Hi I have older vinyl windows from the previous owner not quite sure what type of windows they are they look like a vinyl. But I need the channel balance replacements. I have two sets one is marked A1410 (16 in length tip to tip)
So I guess that would be considered a 15 inch? The other is an A2010 ( 22 in length tip to tip)
So 21 inch?
What is your suggested replacement for both please? pictures included.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. The length of the balances is determined by the metal channel alone, not including the nylon fittings. Based on the nylon fittings, it looks like you need our S350-15, with a stamp option of 1410, and the S350-21 with a stamp option of 2010. Let us know if you have any other questions.
