Your balance looks close to both our S380-33 and S385-33. The difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. For the Seires 380, the depth of the bottom shoe is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which piece would work best. Whichever one chosen will go with a 3250 option.
