Channel balance is non-tilting, 1/2 inch wide, 31 inches long. See photos.

Thank you for your inquiry. Have a look at our S385-31 channel balance. This has a 19-005 balance top and 15-004 bottom balance shoe. You will need to compare your nylon fittings to ours to ensure this is the correct replacement. I wasn't able to see your full stamping in your photos. Could you send us another photo showing the complete stamp? That would be much appreciated.
