I am confident we can locate a replacement balance for you, but we need some help from you first. Could we see a photo showing the nylon fitting on the opposite end of the balance? The nylon fittings on both ends of the balance play an important role when recommending the correct balance. We'd also like for you to provide us with the metal length measurement of the balance. Thank you for replying back with the additional photo we needed. Please have a look at both our S380-23 and S385-23 channel balance. Depending on the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe will determine which of the two balances will work for you. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to decide which of the two balances will work. Whichever one chosen will go with a 2240 option that supports a sash weight of 19-23 pounds.
