To whom it may concern,
There are 5 windows that require channel balance replacement. Three window saches measures 32" W X 32" H and weighs 35.5 pounds, the remaining two measures 45" W X 35" H and weights 47.7 pounds. All five windows have the same size channel balance determined by the label on the balance itself; 32 9 LQ CALDWELL.
These balances have not been replaced since owning this property. Does it matter that the windows different in weight but use the same size channel balance?

Hey there. I am sure we can help; but first, can you show us the underside of the metal channel in full? Some balances from the west coast have a special design we must account for. Once we determine if that's an issue here we can proceed.

These balances are 33 inches in length, only the metal portion.

Thanks for getting back to me. Let me clarify. I would like to see the bottom of the metal channels, so I can review the 'guts' or underbelly of the metal channel. Some balances from the west cost have an unusual design we must account for.
Please confirm the balances from both sized windows have a metal channel length of 33". Do not include the end attachments in this measurement.
Finally, please measure the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, as shown in the diagram below. Let me know if it is 7/8", 1", or 1-3/32".
