28 3 DN CALDWELL channel balance replacement

I need to replace the channel balances on a pair of windows but need help identifying the replacement part. Balance has 28 3 DN CALDWELL printed on the back and the channel is 29 inches long. Can you help?

You have a 2830 balance. Can you please submit photos of the balance attachments? We will need this information to determine the balance series.

It appears you have the S390-29 with a stamp option of 2830.
