channel balance replacement help needed

I need to order a new channel balance but I don't know what brand of vinyl window I have. I can find no name or serial numbers on the window. Attached are photos of the channel balance. I can provide additional photos and window size if helpful. Thank you

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 25-5/8" which is what makes it custom. I'll just need a few additional details so that I can draft a price quote. Can you show us an unobscured view of the bottom shoe from a side angle? We'd also like to see a photo of the top fitting. Finally, how many balances are you looking to order?
