channel balance replacement parts

Hello,

I'd like your help on knowing which parts to order for my window. The channel balance is 24" long and 1/2" in depth. It has the stampings 23 9 30# JK Caldwell on it. I have attached pictures of the top and bottom attachements. Please advise.

Hey, Armando. I see you were looking at our S380-24. I agree that this is similar, though you should check the depth of the shoe to confirm that it is 1", like how we show on the S380-24 store page. If it's not, let me know and we can make a better recommendation.

That looks over 1" to me, which makes me think our S385-24 is the better choice. This has a 1-3/32" deep shoe.
