channel balance replacements

Question

I have 6 windows that have the balances broke and won't hold up the window. they are 29 inches long and have then number unique 28-B-20 17/04/97 and I am not sure if it is 380 or 385 I want to order 12 but don't want to get it wrong.

The only difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the size of the shoe. I can't really eyeball what yours is, but it looks like it might be closer to the shoe that comes with the Series 380 balance. You will need to measure yours to confirm.
