channel balance shoe

Question

I sent in a message, reference # D92830 but didn't get a confirmation email yet so i'm sending again with another email address. I'm doing secretarial work for the apartment building maintenance man now but I also do handyman work myself. He has what looks like the following channel balance cl/Series-775-Channel-Balances. There are several broken or damaged shoes and he want to buy just the shoe. Can't find him now so I can't ask him how many. Can you sell us just the shoes? The one I have is 1 1/4 inch according to the "shoe size" designation on the above web page. Looks like 17/32 inch thick.

Thanks for coming to our site with this question, but unfortunately, we can't provide the balance shoes by themselves. If the shoe is broken, your best bet is to replace the whole balance, and we would be glad to supply it, but unfortunately, we aren't able to stock the shoes separate from the balances.
