channel balance shoe, top, and top sash guide

I believe i've identified my shoe and top as 15-001 and 19-002 respectively but I can't identify my top sash guide. Can you help?

I am sure we can help you with this. I believe you may use our 18-009 top sash guide for your window sash. The channel balance system that uses our 15-001 and 19-002 balance shoes is our Series 390. In order to identify which option to choose, you will need to have the stamped number on the metal portion of your balance.
