channel balance shoes

Question

Hello,

I cancelled an order for the Series 380 because I think I chose the incorrect shoes. Based on your part pictures, I could tell my parts looked close to 19-005 tops and 15-095 shoes. I attached some pictures here hoping you could help to identify them. I would like to reorder for 4 each of 2230 and 2920 balances.

Please let me know how I could do this because I wanted to call, but there is no phone number available.

Thanks for posting! Judging by the style of your bottom shoe, I think you were right the first time. I am fairly certain that they are not the 15-095. You may have been better off with the 15-005!
