Hello!

Take a look at the Series 351 and Series 390 channel balances. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe. To determine the length, you'll want to measure only the metal channel. There should be a stamp printed on the balance too.

Note that we always recommend replacing your balances in pairs. Pairing an old balance with a new one would cause the new balance to wear out a lock more quicker. Just something to keep in mind!

Thank you! For the 23" 2220 stamped balance, you'll want to choose the 2220 stamp option. For the 17" 1620 stamped balance, you'll want to choose the 1620 stamp option.

the correct size on these old windows, what is your refund policy?
