channel balance stamp

Question

I have found a 29" series 380 channel balance on your site that appears to be a close
match for an existing channel balance that I have. The existing balance is stamped:
"28B USB". Does this provide you with any useful information on the appropriate sash weight range in LBS to select?

Hey, David. It sure does. A stamp of 28B usually corresponds to our 2820 option. That said, you can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure.
