I would like to replace the entire unit. it is 5/8 inches wide and 27 inches long.
I would rather not have to assemble to replacement, if there is a complet unit available.

Thanks for writing in. All our standard balances come fully assembled with nylon fittings. This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2650.

how exactly do I measure the depth Bob. Thanks so much for the help and guidance.

Fair question, David. If you stand the balance up straight as it stands in the window track, the 'depth' is the distance between the heel and toe of the bottom nylon shoe. For the Series 380, this depth is 1". For the Series 385, this depth is 1-3/32". See the diagram below. Hope this helps.
