channel balance top guide

Question

I recently purchased a supply of channel balances for replacement purposes. However, when installing the parts I noticed that the top guide of one of the windows had broken off. I looked on the models shown on your site but could not find one exactly like the one I need. Pls. view the pictures and advise which one I should order. Thank you.

P.S. the dimensions are 5/8" Wide x 1-7/8" longest points . See file attached.

I'm afraid that we couldn't locate your exact top sash guide either. I would suggest something like our 18-008 as a possible replacement. It has multiple holes for screw attachment and so you may be able to adapt it to your window. See what you think.
