Hi,
I have two channel balance at the top that connect to the lower sash (upper sash is fixed). I assume that means I divide the weight of the sash by two for the weight specification per balance?
Thanks,

Thanks for your question. The only time you would need to divide your sash weight is if you were dealing with coil balances. Since you're mentioning channel balances, you would just weigh your sash on a scale and replace your channel balance that accommodates that weight. There is no need to divide the wight number.
