channel balance weight ID

Question

I am replacing a 33" channel balance and the stamp on the back says "32 4 D O Caldwell" which doesn't match any of the weight designations on the web site for replacement parts. I have identified the replacement part on your site except for the weight issue.

A stamp of 32 4 usually corresponds to our 3240 option, but you may want to weigh your window sash just to make sure that's correct.
