channel balance with roller

This is called an Extended-Travel Channel Balance, where the pulley system is embedded in the bottom nylon shoe. I am confident we can help replace this, but I need to see the clip or hook at the end of the cord that comes out of the bottom nylon shoe. The clip may resemble our 62-108 or 62-106, among other shapes, but we need to see its profile for identification. We also need the stamp code on the metal channel. Finally, how many balances do you need? We'll do our best to assist from there.
