channel balance and 1 other part

Hello. Hoping for your help in ordering the right parts.

The balance is 24 inches overall length, stamped 22 3 BSI NL.

The other part I need is I believe called a channel guide. It is screwed into the window itself, at the top of the channel and catches the balance.

I have uploaded reference photos for both parts.

Hello! It looks like you need a new balance and a top sash guide. We don't have an exact match for the top sash guide, but yours is similar to our 18-008H. Look this over and let me know if they line up.

As for the balance, I cannot identify what you have based on just the stamp. Can you show me a picture of the top and bottom nylon fitting? Can you also tell me the depth of that bottom fitting? That will allow us to determine the single best replacement for your window.

Hi Tom. Ok sorry about that. I am uploading some new photos. I think the dimension you are asking about is 1 inch.

For the top sash guide, the 18-008H looks like the right one. The dimensions line up. In any case, it needs to work with the new balances.

Thank you, Chris! I'm very glad you sent me these photos. I thought you had a stock balance before but I see now that you have a very particular type. This balance is special in that it has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 22-5/8". None of our stock balances can replace this, but we can still help.

I'm going to email you a custom order link and price quote for the same configuration of balance you have here in these photos. This link will be for 2 of them, which is our minimum; if you wanted to change that quantity, let me know here and I'd be happy to do so.

Understood. I'd like to order 6 balances, just to have some extras on hand. Is the code on the order link a unique identifier, so that I can easily order more in the future if I need to?
