Thanks for reaching out!  It looks like you may have the S351-28 with a 1" shoe. However, the shoe does look a bit damaged, so it may help to find an undamaged balance to get the most accurate measurement. 

There is a chance that the shoe could have a smaller depth measurement which would mean that this would need to be a custom assembly. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. 

If yours does have the 1" shoe, you'll need to select the 2720 stamp which can support a sash weighing 9 to 13lbs.
