Thanks for writing in! I'm certain we have a replacement match for this window balance. Although, I'll need to see just one more photo to identify the correct replacement match.

May I see a photo of the entire spring side of the channel? I'm particularly looking to see a photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the cord (the string) in the center of the balance.

Thanks for the additional photos. You have either the S380-27 or the S385-27 Channel Balance. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.
