For Milgard Window
# on channel = 13 2
Both top & shoe are winged
Metal channel length is 13-5/8
Not sure how to measure shoe, it does not equal either 1" (model 380) or 1-3/32" (model 385). Perhaps I'm doing it wrong?
This is a small bathroom window, trying it first. Have 5 more windows that need balancers as well.

Thanks for posting! You aren't doing anything wrong. The balances you have are an Extended-Travel Channel Balances and have different fittings from the balances shown on our website. That said, these will need to be custom assemblies.
