channel balances

Question

greetings ...your staff do a great job explaining how to identify the correct balance...looks like I'm S390-29 with 2840 option. if you would take a look and confirm then I'll order immediately.

*1/2"wide channel
*29 " long
*the shoe appears to over 1" wide so that is why I selected the 390 over the 351
*the marking on the channel is 28 4 KJ CALDWELL

assume the 18-032 black sash guide would be compatible

The S390-29 looks like a close match, but you will need to make sure the nylon ends are the same size as yours. As long as their dimensions match, you should be okay.

I'm not sure about the 18-032 top sash guide. The Series 390 is compatible with dozens of different top sash guides. You will need to remove one from your window and see how well it compares to the 18-032.
