28" channel balances needed

Question

My existing channel balances are stamped 2730%, measure 9/16" wide, 28" long. Looking at your website, it looks like I have a 19-005 top and 15-001 or 15-002 shoe on these but I didn't see that combination shown in the 1/2" balance section. I am including some photos that I hope will aid in the identification of these parts. I need to replace the entire balance assembly.

Thanks for posting! With a winged top attachment, and a non-winged bottom attachment, it would appear that you will need a custom balance. Before I can give you a form to fill out, though, I just need to confirm if you have the 15-001 or 15-002. Please compare the dimensions of your hardware to those two shoes and let me know. Keep in mind that the difference may not seem like much, but it is still vital for the operation of your balances.
