channel balances replacement

Hi I need to replace channel balances and need exact ones also I need that part hooked to the sash (metal part screwed to the sash frame)I think it holds to the balance to bring it down.I measured 31" total length of balance but that includes both top and bottom plastic parts connected to it so I think the actual metal balance itself is 29".Thanks

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see the top fitting attached to the opposite end of the balance as well to narrow down your options. I also recommend measuring the length of the metal channel, which should be 30" not including the end fittings.
As for the top sash guide, take a look and compare the measurements of the 18-065 shown below to an intact guide. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you have either our S351-30, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-30, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2920 spring strength option for your replacement balances.
