Both window balances are broken They are stamped "IMP 29 DS 38 BS1 BT " The IMP DS and BT are
stamped vertically in smaller type. The metal portion is
30" long. Window is about 30# or more and swings in from the bottom when lifted without the balances.
What model do I order?

Thanks for posting, James. Please take a look at both our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balance. The only difference between these two balance is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure yours and match it up with both of ours in order to determine which of the two balances would make the better match. Since your stamping does not correspond with any of our options, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer back to the sash weight chart listed directly on the store page.
