i have a 1/2 x 30" channel with markings 2920 j2.. i am having a hard time identifying the top and shoe as they are broken..can i take some pictures with measurements and email them to you to help with id ?

We can try to help you identify the necessary replacement parts. Reply to this discussion and attach your photos to your reply post. You can also look around your house to see if you have some of the same type of windows to see if you can get a better of what the top and shoe look like without being broken.

Your channel top is 19-037 and your shoe is 15-005. The closest series balance is the series 371. The series 371 channel balance features your shoe but has a different top. Fill out this custom channel balance form. In the field 'additional comments', write that you need the 19-037 top. After you fill out the form, one of our customer service representatives will review the form and email you a link to add the custom balance to your shopping cart.
