HI,
I am looking for replacement channel body parts for my window. see attached photos. The channel is 26inches long (just the channel, not including the plastic guides) and about 1/2" wide. The part is printed with 26 4 HV CMC 7. This is an older aluminum window. thank you for your help in locating this part.

Hey there!
Thank you for waiting during this busy season. We're happy to look into this. We would like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
Can you also measure the bottom shoe as shown below? Additionally, the metal channel should measure 27" long based on your stamp. Could you double-check that for us?
If the metal channel is indeed 26" long, we will need you to weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight.

Hi,
the metal channel is indeed 27 inches, I measured from the wrong spot previously. The bottom shoe is 1" deep.

Thank you! I recommend the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balances with the 2640 stamp option. The important difference between the two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below.
