channel bracket from National Vinyl Product window 28D

Question

Looking to see if what the appropriate product is to order, and if there is anything else we may need for installation. The right side cord is broken.

Thanks for posting! Your balance appears to be the S770-28 Balance with a 28D stamp option. Like yours, this balance is assembled with a mounting screw way on top and a terminal clip on the bottom.

You may need to replace the pivot shoes and/or the pivot bar at the bottom of the sash. However, you'll need to remove that hardware examine it. If you do believe it needs to be replaced, I will need to see photos of them.
