did not find this item in your catalog measures 1/2"W x 28" Long - need to replace several need p[rice and how to clean + lubricate others

Thanks for posting! Before I can suggest an applicable replacement balance, I just need to know a bit more information. Please measure the depth of your bottom shoe; that would be front to back. Please keep in mind that while a fraction of an inch difference may not seem like much, it is in fact vital to the operation of your balance. We highly recommend that you get as exact a measurement as possible. Thank you.

bottom plastic shoe measures 1.25" Length x 9/16" width. Do you require further information?

Thank you. Please take a look at our 15-003 channel balance shoe and compare the dimensions you see in its picture to your own bottom shoe. Do these two parts match?

Removed and measured shoe - looks very close to 15-003. photos w/dimensions attached - need to order two complete ready-to-go channel guides with shoe attached (existing channels damaged) - please spec part numbers
