channel guide replacement product

Good Afternoon,

My single hung window is not closing well and I will need replacement channel guides as I noted that one of the channel guides for the window has a snapped nylon rope.

The metal part of the existing channel guide is 28" (only the metal part, not including the plastic parts). The marking I can see on the channel is shown in the photo "2730 BSI NK."

Can you review the attached photos and give me some guidance regarding which product I should order as a replacement?

Thanks for writing in. It looks the bottom attachment has 'wings', or those side tabs, while the top attachment does not. Is that accurate? If so, see our S350-28 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2730.
