channel guide replacements

hi. i need to replace some broken channel guides so i can install the new balances i just received from you.
 
18-018 has the closest dimensions to mine, but mine have offset right/left specific screw holes and i don’t see anything like that in your inventory. 
 
i don’t know which dimensions are most critical to fitment and necessary to keep the channel balances correctly in place, but if you have ideas as to what might be a workable substitution based on that, i’d be grateful for advice. thank you!
